>> stokin : mesti ko nak kata aku pengotor kan..??!!or my bag will smells awful!
woi,ofcoz la stokin bersih...x kan stokin x basuh beberapa hari nak buat pekasam simpan...habes masam bau handbag aku yang mahal tu!
stokin tu utk main bowling je...jimat duit just sewa kasut..x yah nak kena beli stokin skali...membazir!


>> MEDICATIONS!
Do you know why i bolded all these words?because i don't know la...to me,it's like a necessity..maybe because i am a nurse,so i have a sense of awareness...cewahh!
in the sense of,anytime when i am not feeling well,so i know what medication to take at the first place..kiranya macam back up la daripada keadaan aku jadi lagi worsen kan.


for example ubat : 
>> PCM (paracetamol) or known as PANADOL : 
acts as a pain-killer..effective bila aku kena migrain.aku x suka makan panadol actifast.i prefer panadol biasa.kalau aku rasa nak demam,aku makan panadol gak.


>> PIRITON : 
acts as anti-histamine.contohnya kalau aku selsema teruk coz ubat ni can dry up secretions from nose/eyes etc...or having allergies e.g urticaria or any other kind of itchiness sampai ke tahap i myself couldn't bear it,i'll take this tablets.nanti aku tido coz one of the side effect is drowsiness and bangun2 tido je,gatal2 dah hilang.

>> ATARAX : 
acts as anti-histamine,anti-anxiety,muscle relaxant and apa ntah lagi x ingat..aku akan amek ni bila aku kena gatal2 kat TAPAK TANGAN.aku jumpa skin medical officer.so ubat ATARAX ni la yang dia prescribed utk aku selain dari topical cream e.g BETAMETHASONE FULL STRENGTH CREAM.

>> ACTIFED :

is a combinations of TRIPROLIDINE HCL AND PSEUDOEPHEDRINE.

triprolidine acts as antihistamine that reduces the histamine in the body.Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.

Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages.The combination of pseudoephedrine and triprolidine is used to treat sneezing, cough, runny or stuffy nose, itchy or watery eyes, hives, skin rash, itching, and other symptoms of allergies and the common cold.selama aku keje,aku pernah amek sekali je ubat ni.sebab biasanya aku akan amek piriton kalau aku selsema atau batuk.

>> CALAMINE CREAM : 
dulu aku ada lotion.tapi lotion tu aku bagi kat family.calamine and calm means????

I BET YOU ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWER.BOTH HAS SIMILARITIES.it gives us soothing and cooling effects when related to itchiness..bila gatal,we tends to scratch,right?and at the same time,warm and sometimes to hot sensation appears from the skin part which is itchy.so when you applied this cream/lotion,you'll feel at least relieved from such uncomfortable feeling.however,i prefer calamine lotion the most coz it easily dry up once you've applied.

overall,these are the must-haves things in my handbag.IT IS ALSO USEFUL for your family too!hehe~
